Ashante Patterson

Ashante R. Patterson, MCM is a Communications Specialist at the Center on Law, Inequality and Metropolitan Equity (CLiME) at Rutgers Law School, where she leads communications strategy. She brings more than a decade of experience spanning healthcare communications and higher education and nonprofit fundraising. She has held roles at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Rutgers Graduate School of Education, and the All Stars Project of New Jersey.

A two-time Rutgers alumna, Ashante holds a Master of Communication and Media with a specialization in Health Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Business and Technical Writing. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic communications and fundraising.
